Uplift Family Support Specialists serve in a variety of roles to best meet the needs of children, youth, and your family. You harness the power for your family to take flight! We have the honor of assisting you in helping your vision come true. Each family is offered services unique to their individual needs. If we are unable to assist you in person, we offer support via telephone and computer technology.
advocacy
We work with your family to prepare for meetings at school, within various service agencies, and in the court system. We may attend meetings with you to assist you in navigating and securing the most appropriate services for your child. You are in the “driver’s seat” as our advocates help you build on the skills you already possess!
referral
We help you to find the most appropriate resources in your community for your family. We enjoy positive relationships with providers both in and out of our state.

We offer parent trainings and workshops across the state throughout the year. In addition, we have information on a number of issues relating to family support. Come check out our parent resource library! Have a training request? Let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
